Hi - I'm Qamile Dani, an award-winning multidisciplinary designer who focuses on brand systems and campaign design — born & raised in Queens, New York.
I'm Qamile Dani, a passionate designer with a diverse background working with clients ranging from non-profits to Fortune 100 companies. My BFA in Communication Design from Parsons, combined with a minor in Printmaking, has equipped me with skills in brand strategy, campaign design, and client collateral.
My design journey began with a fascination for colors and technology, leading me to the High School of Art and Design and then to Parsons. I thrive on collaboration and stay updated on industry trends, with five years of agency experience. Currently, as a Senior Designer at Highwire PR, I work across various sectors including energy, technology, and healthcare.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, exploring beauty trends, discovering NYC, and power-lifting.

I collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop visual assets and design elements for various projects and clients. I work seamlessly with creative strategy leads, design directors, digital strategists, project managers, and designers to produce compelling ideas and assets. I excel in project management, juggling multiple projects with attention to detail, communicating effectively, solving problems, and adapting as needed. I conceptualize and develop design solutions aligning with client brand standards and business goals and present design work to account teams and clients. I also support Highwire’s marketing initiatives, brainstorm creative concepts, uphold our visual brand standards, and mentor junior designers while managing my time efficiently to meet various deliverables.
